Services of public interest are privatised, without much public discussion about the subject. We just learn that communities cannot afford to maintain the water infrastructure anymore and that private enterprises work more efficiently.
Which are the side-effects of privatisations? What is at stake exactly?

Collect case studies: the situation before and after water privatisation (in European cities, in African cities…). What are long-term effects? Which are the different forms of privatisation?
